Who we are?

The Egypt Media Forum is an annual and independent international platform for media development, based in Cairo. The EMF aims to advance the know-how and development of media culture and policies, and to support capacity building and qualified bodies. We work on developing the media work environment in Egypt and the MENA region. The Forum runs throughout the year as an international platform for development in the form of sustainable products that aim to develop media tools. These include a press training unit and a digital platform providing advanced knowledge and utilizing in-depth studies. The Egypt Media Forum is owned by 30N for Strategic Communication.

Dear colleagues,

We have launched Egypt Media Forum (EMF) as an annual event from the heart of Cairo, the media capital of the East.

EMF welcomes media professionals from the Arab countries and the world and provides a unique opportunity to share knowledge and views on the compelling issues facing journalism and threatens its noble role in serving peoples and societies.

We always extend a warm welcome to all speakers and participants of the forum, which has evolved into a prestigious gathering for media professionals from all countries and organisations to discuss recent and successful experiences around the world.
